I’m Nikki Rothman, a Bar Method Instructor with a passion for empowering women to unlock their full potential. I started my low-carb, high-fiber journey in April 2018 and have since lost 25+ lbs. My dream is to create confidence in your lifestyle through education, self-love, and a kick ass community of like-minded women who are determined to achieve the best results possible.
Q: Right now I’m super busy, I’m worried that with a busy schedule I won’t be able to commit. Do I need to follow week by week or can I go at my own pace?
A: Hey girl, don’t worry! This whole course is meant for you to go at your own pace. Why? Because I want you to take your time, understand the knowledge, even re-listen if you have to. Q: My time is limited, how much time will I need to set aside each week?
A: Each module releases every 4 days. There are 4 lessons in each module. You’ll spend a little over 2 and a half hours total listening in. Each is almost 10 minutes with action items for you to take away and implement in your daily life. The course is meant to work around your schedule.
Q: Will I miss out on anything if I buy now and have to start the course later? The timing just isn’t right for me right now.
