Vitamin B may play an important role in reducing anxiety. The Vitamin B family makes up of eight different complexes and each play a role in helping your overall health and wellbeing.

Some Vitamin Bs help with breaking down food and feeding energy back into the brain, while other complexes help to generate mood boosting chemicals like serotonin and dopamine.
