This is something that I used to do a lot when I was in the thick of my journey, and I still do this today from time to time. From pasta dishes to bread to desserts. There’s always a recipe that ties closely with what you want to achieve, the key is to take it to the finish line by adding in holistic, fiber-filled ingredients because most recipes you find will not incorporate that.

• 2 avocados, medium
• 2 eggs, large
• 1/2 cup Choc Zero Maple Syrup
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
